TalentX Gaming is a management and media company that created SwayGaming, a group of influencers. SwayGaming runs in the same vein as Sway’s Los Angeles mansion.
What’s The House For?
In simple terms, each creator will be given their own “battlestations” which will allow for collaboration amongst the gamers.
TalentX Gaming is an offshoot of the media company, TalentX Entertainment; and ReKTGlobal. This collaboration between the two is a way to provide services for esports athletes, streamers, and content creators. SoaR Gaming executive, Jason Willhelm, was behind the formation of TalentX Gaming.
In an interview with Hollywood Reporter, Willhelm says
“One of the goals in founding TalentX Entertainment was to find a way to bridge the gap between TikTok, gaming, and esports.”
He also added:
“This was one of the reasons we launched TXG with ReKTGlobal, and the creation of SwayGaming is only the start of what promises to be an exciting new journey into bringing together the power of platforms like TikTok and the dynamic world of gaming.”
Personalities Involved
SwayGaming is an intriguing yet effective concept. It merges video games and Tik Tok, one of the leading social media platforms as of the moment. A lot of creators have jumped ship and shifted to SwayGaming. Amber Howard, a former Abrams Artist Agency talent agent, joined as head of talent. Mari “Atomic Mari” Takahashi and Natalie “ZombiUnicorn” Casanova have joined the collective.
Some social media influencers have joined the group, too. Former members of Sway L.A. Quinton Griggs, Griffin Johnson, Kio Cyr, and Vinnie Hacker have joined SwayGaming.
