What Type Of Contributors Are We Looking For?
As a Asian Blurb contributor, you’ll be responsible for producing smart, witty takes on the day’s business news and identifying and writing longer pieces that will create buzz.
What You’ll Do:
– Pitch and write daily stories (200-300 words each) for our daily email (Monday-Friday)
– Pitch and write original long-form pieces (1,200-2,000 words) for our popular Sunday email
What You’ll Bring:

– Ability to write in a compelling, original voice
– Passion for impacting the world through creative storytelling
– Ability to submit outstanding work on ambitious deadlines

What We Need From You:
Please submit three writing samples and two ideas for stories that you think our audience would love. We’d also love to know about one project you’re particularly proud of.

Do my articles get shared on the Asian Blurb social accounts?
Yes, most of them will. We choose quality over quantity and want to showcase all of our members’ content to our millions of readers around the world. This is why we choose to publish at most 5 articles per day vs 100’s.
Can I share in my marketing or LinkedIn that I’m a contributor for Asian Blurb?
Yes! We are happy to support in any way we can once your application has been approved.

Does everyone become a Contributor after applying?
No. We are selective much like Forbes, Entrepreneur.com, etc. If you feel like you applied and were rejected unfairly you can email us at [email] for reconsideration.
Is there any hidden fee after getting approved as a Contributor?
No. Unlike most platforms who ask their contributors for an initiation fee, you will be able to write & publish your articles on Asian Blurb as soon as your application status has been approved.
The only thing we ask you is to respect the content guidelines, which can be found in your contributor space.
